My name is Laure, and I’m an Integrative Health & Nutrition Coach, trained at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York. I specialize in healthy, detox-supportive eating and gut health. I’m also a certified Mindfulness Instructor (MBSR & MBCT-Cancer), trained at the University of Bangor (UK), and currently studying Health Psychology.
