Blueberries, almond & dates smoothie (Vegan + GF)


IngrEdients

  • 200 ml plant-based milk (oat, soy, almond, etc.)

  • 200 g fresh or frozen blueberries

  • 1 tbsp flaxseed

  • 1 Medjoul date

  • 10 almonds or 1 tbsp almond purée


Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until there are no lumps.

  2. Drink the smoothie immediately after making it.
