Antioxidant salad dressing

Antioxidant salad dressing

This anti-oxidant salad dressing recipe is deliciously fragrant and adds zest to your salads with fresh ginger, turmeric and garlic. On the health side, this dressing is antioxidant and detoxifying to boost your immune system.

GINGER & TURMERIC

Fresh ginger and turmeric both have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, helping to prevent or fight certain diseases and protect our body's cells from free radicals.

GARLIC

Garlic is one of the prebiotic foods that support our intestinal health by nourishing our "good" bacteria.

Garlic has many health benefits: it is anti-microbial, a powerful antioxidant, boosts the immune system and lowers bad cholesterol. It is also rich in minerals such as manganese, phosphorus, selenium and copper.

RAPESEED OIL

Rapeseed oil is rich in vitamin E, which helps moisturize the skin and combat the appearance of wrinkles.

Rapeseed oil is rich in omega-3, an essential fatty acid that our body cannot synthesize and which has anti-inflammatory properties.

Be sure to choose organic, cold-pressed extra-virgin oil.
